INDEMNIFICATION

This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Kazzas Jewels. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Kazzas Jewels also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Kazza's Jewels sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Kazzas Jewels, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.

How to order from the catalogues:

1. Send an email to me at kaz@kazzasjewels.com with the names of the items you want. Don’t forget to include ring sizes (these can be measured at any jeweler or the use the guide attached)
2. I will confirm availability of products and timing
3. Postage is $10 for orders under $200, free for orders over $200. I post registered post unless you request express post (please note that express post has no insurance for loss)
4. I will send you my bank details as soon as the products are in stock. You can also send a money order to Karen Cohen, PO Box 3056 Ripponlea VIC 3185 if you prefer but you need to let me know that you are doing this

Delivery

I use Australia Post to deliver all goods using either Registered post or express post. Please specify which option you require when checking out. Please note that express post is not insured and no responsibility will be taken by Kazzas Jewels if you choose this option.

Payments

Online payments can be made by Visa, Master Card, or PayPal.

Prices

Prices for Jewellery items are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. Due to the fluctuation of the dollar; precious metals and stones, prices are subject to change without notice.

Return Policy

Faulty items will be replaced within one month of purchase. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase but you must pay for postage both ways.
